At Aglaea Jewellery, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original velvet pouch and branded box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
